A specially insulated outer wall makes this quality calorimeter five times more sensitive than traditional instruments. It is constructed of an aluminum inner cylinder surrounded by a thick layer of styrofoam insulation, then enclosed in a durable plastic case. This special design results in minimal heat loss. Accepts Specific Heat Cylinders (AP6112), which includes three cylinders—copper, zinc, and aluminum.
