The first module in Cloning and Sequencing Explorer Series, the Nucleic Acid Extraction Module allows students to extract plant nucleic acids and purify them by column chormatography. The module includes buffers, DTT, columns, microcentrifuge tubes, micropestles, and instruction manual. Reagents are sufficient for 25 genomic DNA extractions. This product is for education use only.
